PLAN YOUR OWN CAR FREE TRICK OR TREATING

Use the online guide to learn how to plan your street's own car free trick or treating using a free PBOT Block Party permit. Its a win-win-win that increases pedestrian safety, provides opportunities to meet neighbors and strengthens community.  Trick or treating has unique potential to foster intergenerational connection and participation--a real TREAT for all ages! The road closure to through traffic can be short (e.g., 5-8pm) and allows for local neighbor access, deliveries, and emergency vehicles. Neighbors at home handing out candy report enjoying knowing to expect trick or treaters. For what other event can you participate by staying in or going out?!
