    A Gathering Place

The greenspace has been a great way to create a community gathering area for events like Halloween 2025, featuring a dog costume contest, and Whoville?

Much more is planned for 2026, so email us if you’d like to get involved!

    A Pollinator Habitat

In partnership with the Westside Watershed Resource Center and Stormwater Stars, we have been working to improve the steep slope on the site. With a plethora of native plants (nearly 180 Valley native shrubs and perennials), it has contributed to a pollinator habitat with a healthy ecosystem.

    A Concept

“Based on community input, we are pleased to release our plan for Village Park. This space will be divided into two program areas: the lower (South) patio will feature a patio that can accommodate a food truck and upper (North) patio that will be a flat open area to provide space for a variety of activities based on community needs and programs.  There is a proposed path and staircase through the site for added circulation between the upper and lower parts of the Park. The Village Park celebrates our Oregon natives and provides much needed habitat for our local pollinators.  We look forward to working with the community to bring it to life!”
