Land Use & Transportation

The Land Use & Transportation Committee tracks development activity, zoning and policy changes, and transportation planning that affect our neighborhood. We monitor land use applications and permits, follow citywide initiatives that shape long-term growth, and stay engaged with agencies like PBOT on transportation funding and project priorities. Our role is to keep neighbors informed, surface local context and concerns, and help connect community voices to planning and decision-making processes that influence how our neighborhood evolves over time.
