Southwest Portland Tool Library offers access to tools for residents of Southwest Portland, Downtown, Northwest and South Portland (Service Area Map).
Location: West side of Bertha Viaduct
Hours: 9am-2pm Saturdays
Tools Available and Tool Donations: Household/garden/other tools. No commercial use and no gas/explosive/hazardous chemicals.
